At Motion Gamer our standard delivery is a next day.
You can choose :
- Standard Delivery next day – £5.95
- Pre 10:30am – £15.00
- Pre 12 o clock – £10.00
- Saturday deliveries are available
- If multiple items are ordered then the products will be delivered on a pallet.
**The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be & you will have the option to cancel the order**
Turnaround
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours – Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm.
When Pre-ordering items the customer will receive a date that has been given for the release of the product. On the date of arrival, we will contact all pre-ordered customers to inform them and arrange suitable delivery.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
Palleted items are delivered by our courier : Montgomery’s
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Backorder Policy
Due to the overwhelming demand for many of our products, we have decided to begin taking backorders for them this indicates that we are currently out of stock on this item but will take a backorder on that item. In order to reserve a place in line for the item(s), *Please place your order as early as possible* Please be aware that your prepayment on this order holds your place in line. Your credit card or Paypal account is automatically charged for these items. When checking out with backordered items in your cart, you agree to the terms and conditions of our backorder policy.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
